- Enabling the student to be exposed to the intellectual
legacy of Muslim philosophers and to understand and comprehend
it.
- Understanding efforts to blend philosophy and religion
in order to pass judgment on it.
- Bringing to light the great intellectual effort made
by some Muslim philosophers to refute foreign philosophical
ideas in order to protect the essence of the Ummah.
