‘AQEEDAH: ISLAMIC CREEDISLAMIC THOUGHT (60 Hours)

I. OBJECTIVES
 
  1. Enabling the student to understand “thought” as a human product and distinguish between it and revealed religion which is infallible.
  2. Enlightening the student to the aspects of originality and modernity in Islamic thought in order to face modern challenges.
  3. Bringing to light methodologies of early and modern Muslim thinkers in their treatment of issues which faced them.
