| I. OBJECTIVES |
| |
- Facilitating the understanding the spirit of legislation
and clarifying the intent of the Legislator in legislating
the laws and the revelation of Islamic laws in reality and
enabling those engaged in Ijtihaad (legislative activity)
to find Sharee‘ah solutions for new issues.
- Informing the student of the importance prioritizing
benefits, balancing, determining the more correct when benefits
conflict
- Enlightening the student to the social and economic issues
and providing for him basic Fiqh rules to judge current
issues.
