QUR'AN (240 Hours)
|
| I. OBJECTIVES |
| |
- Establishing a bond between the student and Allah's Book
through its recitation and memorization.
- Enabling the student of the Islamic University to correctly
recite the Noble Qur'an and thoroughly preparing him to
carry the university's message that is based on Allah's
Book.
- Clarifying the excellence of reciting the Noble Qur'an
and studying it.
- The student is made familiar with the rules of Tajweed
in detail; theoretically and practically.

of the Noble Qur'an.From Soorat al Ahqaaf to verse 30 of Soorat
ath-Thaariyaat.
2. Correcting the fourth quarter of the Noble Qur'an (recitation

1. Virtues of the Qur'an and etiquette
of recitation.
2. Fundamentals of the Science of Tajweed: its definition, origin,
importance, purpose, excellence, theme, codifier and its ruling.
3. The Isti'aathah the Basmalah and their ruling.
4. Rules of Noon Saakinah and Tanween.
5. Rules of Meem Saakinah.
6. Rules of Noon and Meem Mushaddadah.
7. Pronunciation (Makhaarij) of the letters. |
